She is recovering well, but is not quite ready for a school day. During this time I will also be tutoring students after school, and next year I hope to be back in the classroom. I would love to have them for my homeschooling, tutoring, and to use in the classroom. Four years ago I left my elementary school, and moved to a middle school science classroom. I decided to break the "teacher pack rat" syndrome, and instead of having stuff sitting in a closet, I left most of my stuff, classroom library, math manipulatives, maps, etc. with dear peers at my old elementary school. Well, I have realized that elementary school is my fit, and I am going back. Unfortunately, my versatile kit is well loved by my old peers, and I don't have the heart to ask for it back. I would LOVE to have a set for my room again. I know what it can bring to my students, how to use it whole class and as a center, and I love the excitement that it brings to the room. I have been struggling the last few weeks trying to decide where/how to spend the personal budget I had set for myself to re-establish my classroom, and unfortunately there were other necessities that I was placing above a versatile kit, but this would be an awesome way to get a set. Thank you for offering this to someone. Whoever wins will be lucky and will have a great resource for their room. stokes.laura.r@muscogee.k12.ga.us.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
